An online purchase is still a matter of trust. For this reason, a 14-day revocation period with exchange or money-back guarantee applies to items from our laboratory analysis range, including for our commercial customers, for example in the case of incorrect orders or defects. Excluded from the revocation or exchange are only certain consumables in sealed original packaging, where contamination could occur after opening with loss of their inertness. Such items are clearly marked in the item description. The various levels for describing the item condition, can be found below. Please note that original packaging from Agilent Technologies in particular is designed to be resource-saving and carbon-neutral for direct shipment, without further repackaging. We have no influence on the shipping options of our suppliers and continue to use this original packaging.

This includes new, unused items from our inventory and all proprietary products. Certain consumables and spare parts subject to contamination are delivered in sealed original packaging and are excluded from exchange after opening.

as new from service stock
This includes as-new, virtually unused and functionally tested items from our service inventory. These are mostly in opened original packaging and were used for troubleshooting during service calls.

All items marked as used in the store are generally reconditioned and functionally tested. These are often hard to find spare parts for older, obsolete devices or instruments.
